Diet from our ancestors
Introduction to the Paleolithic Diet is Ben Balzer's page. He is a family physician in Australia. Probably the clearest introduction on the web.
One traveling doctors collection of medical stuff with the odd rave about medical politics and the weirdness of we human beings.

Astonishingly good leap into something that makes so much sense. Having lived the muesli/wholegrain/fruit/fibre/pasta myth and suffered the gutache, and been 'fixed' to a huge degree by Atkins, Palaeolithic is just so right. Have laughed for years at the 'research' when it is obviously so flawed, even to a non-scientist.
If common sense suggests something is wrong, it usually is!
Thanks everyone for bringing some intelligence to the whole issue of food, genetics and health.
