Kids visit

She lives in LA and he in Dunedin. They came to stay. I took a bit of time off work and we had some fun in the north of New Zealand.


Te Paki Stream - it is part of the roading system. It takes you down to the top of 90 mile beach which can be driven on for most of its length.

This is our kids racing up. Having them with us for four days was a real tonic. Better than any drug. To what extent are folk unwell because of the air of tension that fills there homes and places of work? How relaxing is having fun and being with people you love and who love you.

Intimacy - meaning closeness, tenderness, vulnerability and safety - is a powerful de-stressor. It enables emotional honesty and expression. Emotional honesty and expression with loved ones brings more intimacy. Intimacy brings an end to or greatly lessens anxiety, worry, fear and anger. With intimacy comes peace and mental stillness.

Physical fitness and intimacy are magic makers! Both generate great feelings of aliveness and energy. Now if a drug company could bottle this combo what would happen to our health stats.
