It really gets up my snorer

when agents of the state abuse their power.

She is 23 has two kids 4 and 2. She is a solo mum. She lived with her grandparents. Six months ago she left with her kids and went to live with her mother. Her grandparents requested the kids visit. When mum went to pick them up she was barred from entering the house. The grandparents had reported her to the child protection services. There was a family meeting - the oldies got the kids. She now has to go on various courses and pass these before she can apply to get her kids back. Even when she does passes these, she still has to go to rehab.

So you got into trouble with drugs?

No! But they believe my grandparent. I was doing okay. My mum thought I was doing fine. I wasn't perfect but who is? She seemed eloquent and intelligent to me. I believed her.

She is feeling totally enraged and I don't blame her. She doesn't have the money to get a lawyer. She is caught, trapped and powerless. She had a black eye. She is in danger of acting out and making things worse. "Don't let them have the ability to turn round, point the finger and say, see we were right. "' "You need to be squeaky clean", I told her.

I have asked someone to do some spying for me - find out what the whole story is. If this mother's story is anywhere near accurate, I am concerned. My spy tells me it's quite common that the oldies get to take over kids like this.

I am sad for this mother - it stinks what has been done to her.

Laws are made to make society a better and safer place for us all but the proliferation of state agents, commissions and such like who can ruin folks lives outside due process of law is a real worry.

Don't let me get started on the HDC
